    Registration Requirements

    What documents are required for international student registration?

    Please ensure documents are translated into English if originally produced in a language other than English, and notarized, if translated.

    1. Copy of Passport (Front full page, back page full)
    2. Recent Transcripts/Report Cards from the past three years
    3. A sample of school assignments completed in English by the student, preferably assessed by a teacher or instructor
    4. Copy of Canadian Travel Visa (if already obtained)
    5. Copy of Canadian Study Permit (if already obtained)
    6. Proof of address
    7. Proof of immunization
    8. Proof of child’s age
    9. Accommodation information, including full address, phone number, and email
    10. Completed registration form
    11. Monthly fees (International students pay fees for 10 months together plus registration for the first year). The fee amount is refundable if the visa is not issued, rejected, or canceled, preventing the student from joining the school. Registration is non-refundable. To receive a refund, you must provide an official rejection letter and necessary documents.
