FAQs
A private school is an educational institution that operates independently of government funding. Unlike public schools, private schools rely on tuition fees, donations, and other sources of funding to sustain their operations. Private schools typically have their own admission processes and academic schedules, which may differ from those of public schools.
CanSTEM Education Private School offers a full-time program with instructional hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. As an accredited institution, if a child attends full-time at CanSTEM, it becomes their home school, issuing all report cards, transcripts, and handling Ontario Education document reporting, university/college applications, and High School diploma (OSSD) issuance.
Our School Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm. After School help will be provided from 3pm to 8pm.
At CanSTEM Education Private School, we maintain small class sizes of 5 to 10 students to provide personalized attention and support, ensuring each student’s individual needs are met and fostering a successful learning environment.
At CanSTEM Education Private School, we are committed to providing our students with a solid foundation for future success. To achieve this, we follow the Ontario curriculum, a comprehensive framework tailored to meet the diverse needs of all learners. This curriculum is thoughtfully designed to prepare students not only for their academic journey but also for life beyond school. We combine both practical and theoretical approaches to teaching, ensuring that students gain the skills, knowledge, and real-world experience they need to excel in post-secondary education and in their future careers.
