You are considered a Mature Student if:
— You’re not currently attending high school,AND
— You haven’t been in high school for at least one year since you turned 18.
— Identification: A copy of your passport, driver’s license, health card, or any government-issued photo ID.
— Academic Records: Your latest academic transcript, including any college or university documents.

Yes, you can take coaching for CELPIP (LS) and apply for citizenship. Alternatively, you can also choose to complete ESL Level 5 and obtain your certification to use for the application.
No, GED is no longer available in Canada. GED has been replaced with Canadian Adult Education Credential – CAEC.
ESL (English as a Second Language) is a program designed to help you improve your English skills for everyday living, working, or studying in Canada. It includes 5 self-paced levels and can also be used for educational or immigration-related purposes.
In Canada, the following are the authorized test providers for English language assessments used for citizenship applications:
— CELPIP – Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program
— IELTS – International English Language Testing System
— PTE Core – Pearson Test of English Core
