Course Description For PSK4U Grade 12 Kinesiology

This course explores human movement and the various systems, factors, and principles involved in human development. Students will examine how physical activity affects health and performance while learning about the history of sports and physical activity. The course covers key physiological, psychological, and social factors that shape a person’s involvement in physical activities and sports. By the end, students will be better prepared for further studies in physical education, kinesiology, health sciences, recreation, or sports management.
