AP Physics 1: Algebra-Based is a rigorous, full-year introductory course equivalent to a first-semester college-level physics class. Students explore Newtonian mechanics, energy, momentum, rotational motion, oscillations, and fluids through inquiry-based investigations, mathematical modeling, and laboratory experiments. In addition, they strengthen analytical thinking, scientific reasoning, and problem-solving skills. As a result, students build a strong foundation for the AP Physics 1: Algebra-Based Exam and future STEM studies.
